Treat yourself to terrific tipples at Five Flavours
If the way to your heart is through beer, tapas and live music, then you better clear your calendar on Saturday for Five Flavours.
Brisbane has a pretty stellar boutique beer scene, if we do say so ourselves, and it’s definitely one worth celebrating. That’s exactly what revellers will be doing on Saturday November 14 at the Five Flavours event at Riverlife on Southbank.
With four tasty craft beer varieties from 4 Pines Brewery on tap, plus an apple cider and a ginger beer, the event will showcase one of Australia’s best boutique breweries. There’ll also be a menu of delicious fare – chorizo and manchego quesadillas with peach salsa, anyone? – to pair with your chosen beverage (or beverages).
As you down a few cold ones to a stunning backdrop of the Brisbane River and city skyline, you’ll also be able to revel in the chilled out tunes of artists including Hailey Calvert, Neil James, Ross Burbury, Amber Lynn and Nick Warren.
