Partake in the merriment of the Fish Lane Festival in South Brisbane, where you can sample tasty morsels from Fish Lane residents Gauge, Maker, Julius Pizzeria, The Fox Hotel, Fish Lane Bistro and Saccharomyces Beer Cafe, together with their friends from Bird’s Nest Yakitori & Bar, Billykart West End, Madame Wu, Habitat and The Gunshop Cafe.

Just some of the signature dishes on offer will include plump gnocchi Pomodoro (Julius Pizzeria), fresh oysters with gin and lemon myrtle (Gauge), twice baked blue cheese soufflé (Fish Lane Bistro), and for those wearing elastic-waisted pants, cheeseburger spring rolls and bacon and cheese-loaded sweet potato fries (The Fox Hotel). Once you’ve sufficiently lined your stomach, enjoy a festive tipple from one of the many premium pop-up bars hosted by Little Creatures Brewing, White Rabbit Brewery, Tanqueray, The Fox Hotel, and MadFish Wines.
