Dîner en Blanc a white-hot success

Dîner en Blanc a white-hot success

2,000 people put on their best white attire, grabbed their picnic baskets and set up shop at the Roma Street Parklands for the 2014 Dîner en Blanc.

Hundreds of white clad revellers descended upon the Roma Street Parklands last Saturday night for the 2014 Diner en Blanc. For the uninitiated, Dîner en Blanc is a large-scale pop-up event where attendees bring their own tables, chairs, food and drink and congregate at a secret location for a night of food, wine and dance.

As the sun set, Roma Street’s Celebration Precinct turned into a sea of white. Napkins were waved, sparklers were lit and music pumped – the evening was a resounding success as attendees partied well into the night. If you were there, or are simply curious about the entire event, you can check out the fun in our Captured photo gallery.

Dîner en Blanc was a great night of dining under the stars, here’s looking forward to next year.
