Social media examined in Digital Narratives #no filter

The next generation of performers will be showcasing their skills at a special performance of three original plays in Digital Natives #nofilter this weekend.

QPAC’s Cremorne Theatre will be filled with students from the Australian School of Performing Arts, Film and Television this Saturday December 13, as tomorrow’s stars take to the stage with three original plays. The end-of-year performance, Digital Natives #no filter, is the result of the students’ own imaginations, as three different groups collaborated to create the concept, characters and basic narrative.

Digital Natives #no filter examines the role that social media plays in young people’s lives, particularly the gap between one’s online persona and reality. Cheer on the young Creative Theatre Production students aged seven to 17 years at 6:00 pm this Saturday. Buy your ticket online.
