Brisbane City Council’s LIVE program brings music to City Hall
Celebrating Brisbane’s lifestyle and culture, LIVE hosts an impressive list of free concerts to various locations around town, including the Clem Jones City Hall Concert on Tuesday May 26.
In addition to live musical performances, Brisbane City Council’s LIVE program encompasses a wide range of cultural activities including markets, games nights, activities for kids and much more. One of the most popuar aspects of the LIVE program is its musical component which includes festivals, workshops and free concerts including Bands in Parks and the Clem Jones City Hall Concert series. Brisbane City Hall will host an afternoon concert from midday on Tuesday May 26 featuring some of Brisbane’s best bluegrass musicians. Once Upon A Mountain Blue will blend traditional and original songs, vocal harmonies and excellent fingerpicking by a talented group of guitarists. The concert is free, so you have one extra incentive to enjoy some music on your lunchbreak.
