Christmas on Cribb comes from the minds behind the ever-popular Milton Markets, which take over Milton’s Cribb Street every Sunday morning to bring people the freshest local produce around. Christmas on Cribb is the first time the market has expanded to become a two-evening affair, and the organisers have gone all out to make sure it will be a fun and trauma-free festive offering. The event combines all of the best parts of a farmer’s market with the addition of local and handmade stores.

One of the biggest drawcards is the pop-up Gelato Messina stall, which will be serving up limited-edition Christmas flavours to lucky punters. Shoppers can take the edge off with tipples from Newstead Brewing Co. and Stone & Wood available, as well as pop-up bars serving specialty cocktails. Snack on bites from Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers, Bella BBQ and Lisboa as you browse the stalls of more than 50 unique vendors selling artisan wares – perfect to tick some names off the Christmas list. Those with a taste for the finer things in life will be more than catered for, with a great number of local providores popping up to sell their fresh produce – think tender meats, succulent seafood and seasonal fruit and veg (yasss mango season!).

Christmas on Cribb will be going down from 4:00 pm on Thursday 14 and Friday 15 December, so be sure to swing by Milton for a dose of festive cheer.
