Spend your Sunday sipping Chandon at this lavish long lunch in Currumbin Valley

A spectacular manor set amongst a lush valley, copious amounts of champagne and a taste bud-tantalising long lunch curated by a renowned chef. If you were to ask us to conjure up our idea of a perfect feast, we think that the aforementioned scene would be pretty darn close. Well dreams do come true, folks, as the Chandon Garden Spritz Long Lunch at The Valley Estate has all of this and more.

Sundays are for sipping, snacking and soaking up the sun – and that’s exactly what you can do on Sunday June 19 at the Chandon Garden Spritz Long Lunch. Hosted by Channel 7’s Kendall Gilding and Chandon’s senior winemaker Dan Buckle, this four-hour champagne-soaked soiree is the perfect excuse to gather the gang for an afternoon of bubbles and bites. You and your crew will find yourself amongst the lavish surroundings of The Valley Estate in Currumbin Valley, the Gold Coast’s newest wedding venue (and a hot contender for the most picturesque, if the venue’s Instagram is anything to go by).

The long lunch will kick off in The Glasshouse with a guided Chandon Garden Spritz tasting experience, after which you’ll be able to treat your palate to some delightful canapes. You’ll then take a short stroll through The Valley Estate’s grounds, ending at the magnificent manor where an elegant long lunch crafted by executive chef Aaron Teece awaits. It’s here where you can tuck in to flavoursome fare that is perfectly matched with Chandon’s sparkling wines, all set to a backdrop of relaxing beats. Last but not least, you’ll be able to wander the terrace and enjoy roaming desserts, cheese stations and even more bubbles, all while enjoying immersive experiences scattered throughout the grounds.

Sounds pretty dreamy, right? Tickets are extremely limited so we suggest hopping, skipping and jumping over to Eventbrite to secure your seat at the table
