Scavenge for sounds at the Brisbane Record Fair
Those who savour the subtle crackle of sounds being spun under a needle can treat their auditory systems to some new vinyl at the Brisbane Record Fair this Saturday February 8.
Search deeper beyond the Kamahl classics and covered country music compilations and you may just find yourself a rare vinyl gem at the Brisbane Record Fair, which will see record sellers from near and far converge over three venues in West End.
More than 50,000 records will spill out of The Boundary Hotel, The Hi-Fi and Rumpus Room from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Entry is free and a wide range of musical tastes will be catered to – there will even be a range of CDs on offer. Amble around the neighbouring venues on Saturday to enjoy a spot of discordant delving.
