Get an insight into the Brisbane Comedy Festival with our roving reporter

Have you ever wanted to pick the brain of one of Australia’s leading comedians? Well, we have. This year we’ve enlisted the services of Cal Wilson to get us the inside scoop at this year’s Brisbane Comedy Festival. Tune in as Cal interviews Dave Hughes, Luke McGregor and Damien Power – poking and prodding them for information on their inspirations and motivations.

Iconic funny man Dave Huges is first in the hot seat, telling our roving reporter Cal Wilson about where he draws his ideas from (hint: his wife helps him out) and what we can expect from his show Deluded. Dave is performing at the Brisbane Powerhouse until Sunday March 12.

Cal probes Luke McGregor about his love life, his fear of wearing flip-fops while riding a motorcycle and his new show Almost Fixed It. You can see the show at the Brisbane Powerhouse on March 9–11.

Damien Power sits down with Cal to talk about his show Utopia: Now In 3D!, as well as his pet audience peeves. Damien will be performing at the Brisbane Powerhouse until Sunday March 12.

If enjoyed this sneak peek into the world of comedy, consider heading along and catching these funny buggers at their Brisbane Comedy Festival shows! Head here to find out all booking information.
