Mouth-watering meaty morsels and top-tier drops await at Black Hide by Gambaro’s dinner degustation

Prepare yourselves for a feast, curious carnivores – Treasury Brisbane’s top-tier steak restaurant Black Hide by Gambaro is putting on a dinner degustation for the ages. Featuring steaks with impressive marble scores, sumptuous sea-sourced bites and worldly wines, this is one sensational feed you won’t want to miss out on.

From Tuesday to Saturday during Treasury Brisbane’s 40 Days of Flavour (Monday March 22 to Friday April 30), diners can experience the mastery of a five-course degustation dinner at Black Hide by Gambaro. Kick off the eye-and-tastebud-enticing feast with a serving of Sydney rock oysters topped with cucumber, Sterling caviar and buttermilk snow before digging in to an entree of simply irresistible Angus eye fillet 3+ tartare served with quail egg and crostini. Diners will then be able to cleanse their palate with Queensland-sourced pineapple and citrus sorbet before moving on to the meaty main event – a choice of Stanbroke Wagyu eye fillet 9+ or Stanbroke wagyu sirloin 9+ served with wagyu-fat potatoes, a selection of sauces and seasonal sides. This flavoursome food journey will conclude with a chocolate tasting plate – because what’s better than chocolate for dessert?

Parched diners can quench their thirst by adding matched Coravin matching wines to their degustation for $99 per person. These unique vintage wines are enjoyed using the Coravin System, a technology that keeps the cork in the bottle so when wine is poured by the glass, the remaining wine will continue to age naturally and not oxidise. Sippers will be able to indulge in glasses of sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, a cabernet blend and a ten-year-old port, all of which will be perfectly matched with its gastronomic counterpart. Black Hide by Gambaro’s decadent dinner degustation is happening from Tuesday to Saturday until April 30, to learn more head here.
