Christmas is just around the corner and we can hear your collective sigh of relief from here. We’re ready to clock off for a couple of weeks, chuck on the ultimate festive flick (it’s Die Hard, don’t even try to argue it) and settle in with some hot cocoa (aka a hot Milo with a dash of Baileys). If you’re keen to add a dash(er) of raunchy entertainment to your Christmas shenanigans then we suggest you dance(r) and prance(r) over to Brisbane Powerhouse to catch everyone’s favourite adults-only yuletide production, A Very Naughty Christmas. This holiday-themed comedy concert is back to tickle your tinsel for its fifth year from December 9–19 – and its cast is definitely on Santa’s naughty list.

Featuring a live band, a rag-tag team of Brisbane’s best (and rowdiest) performers and a soundtrack of Christmas classics that been given a titillating twist, A Very Naughty Christmas is sure to have you feeling festive – and a little bit hot under the collar. The X-rated Xmas show was birthed in 2017 after producer Alex Woodward was sick of there being no adult-friendly Christmas shows for the grown ups that wanted in on some merry action. Now in its fifth year, the scintillating comedy show is back at Brisbane Powerhouse for another silly season – and event-goers can expect a spicy affair filled with song, dance and sexy Santas.

Certainly no Love Actually (well, there is a nip slip or two), this salacious showcase is full of jolly jokes, hilarious parodies of classic carols and some interesting takes on well-known Christmas tales. Oh, and did we mention that there are no kids allowed? Make like Kevin McCallister’s folks and leave those rascals home alone. Ready for a bit of risque Reindeer-filled role play? Get your tickets now before a certain big man comes down your chimney.
