Set to impress all of your senses, the jam-packed festival will include decadent degustations, paint-and-sip sessions, sparkling high teas, luxe lunches and much, much more. There’s so much to taste and experience during Treasury Brisbane’s 40 Days of Flavour, you’ll be overloaded with excitement. Kick off your tastebud-tempting adventure on Easter weekend with a twilight session of wine, cheese and bubbles in the starry surrounds of the Treasury Courtyard. Continue to sate your senses at Black Hide by Gambaro, where you can tuck in to seafood delights and meaty morsels at its enticing dinner degustation or enjoy a three-course feast of fanciful eats from Wednesday to Friday. If you’re still a few days away from pay day, head to Kitchen at Treasury and dine on a succulent Angus striploin steak with chips and a drink for $15*.
Those who like to indulge in sweet treats can hop on over to The Lab to enjoy a special Easter high tea of sublime sips, colourful macarons, delicious finger sandwiches and a selection of delectable desserts. Lovers of champagne can upgrade their high-tea experience and make it extra fancy with the Moët & Chandon High Tea – because what’s high tea without bubbles? More fun and flavoursome fare awaits at Cork, Culinary & Colour, where wannabe Picassos can test out their artistic skills while whetting their appetite with refreshing cocktails and loaded cheese platters – yes, please!
If that’s not enough to get your tummy grumbling, you can even enjoy decadent bites from home this long weekend with an Easter Takeaway Hamper. Devour eats like fresh prawns, roast beef, roasted chicken, salads, hot cross buns and red velvet cake. With three different hampers to choose from, you will be set for four days of feasting. Just remember to leave out a carrot or two for the Easter Bunny.
