Height of luxury gains new meaning at West End’s Virtuoso apartments

Any and all apartment hunters take note – the last luxurious and elevated abodes on the West End peninsula are set to be unveiled. Virtuoso is a masterstroke of residential design, filling the final gap in Brisbane’s most desirable destination.

The West End side of Brisbane River’s Milton Reach has undergone a huge boom in riverside living, with several luxurious dwellings sprouting up over the past decade. One of the final spots along the stretch is set to welcome a $100 million development on the corner of Riverside Drive and Ferry Road. Virtuoso is the latest residential project from Stockwell, which constructed another local residential property Regatta Apartments in 2004. This new collection of domiciles boasts a range of three, four and five bedroom apartments – as well as a range of mod cons – for buyers looking for a lavish investment.

Virtuoso sits on an elevated site, safe from floods and Queensland’s wildest weather anomalies. All apartments boast expansive river views, with only two apartments allocated per floor, sharing a foyer and lift access. All abodes feature spacious kitchens centred around island benches complete with Gaggenau appliances. Car parks and bike storage facilities are allocated for each apartment, with gym, herb garden, pool and recreational lawn amenities open to all residents. If you are looking to plant roots in West End but you only settle for the best, head along to Virtuoso’s display suite on Ferry Road or head to Virtuoso’s website for more details.
