The building, which is a joint venture between Egalite Developments and VCP Developments, will rise to 11 levels with a collection of 82 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The facade will feature a striking 50 metres of vertical gardens, and the building will be surrounded by extensive residential gardens and topped with a rooftop pool, gardens and barbecue area.

Verde’s interiors have been designed to maximise space, with storage, built-in wardrobes and a separate laundry incorporated seamlessly into each apartment. The bathrooms will feature Rogerseller tapware, glass vanity cabinets and frameless glass shower bays, with a sleek and modern finish. Each apartment’s open-plan living area will see natural light filtered in through wide windows and broad balconies, overlooking the surrounding riverside precinct.
