The nine-storey residential development at 170 Dornoch Terrace in Highgate Hill comprises 42 luxury three bedroom and penthouse apartments, with three or four units across each floor. The approved development includes a pool, spa, gardens and recreation terraces, and features commercial quality kitchens by celebrity chef Neil Perry. The new tower has been designed by local architect firm Cottee Parker, and draws inspiration from a Swedish courthouse.

Interiors are by Sydney-based interior design studio Blainey North, while the gardens have been dreamed up by South Brisbane landscape architecture practice Dunn + Moran. The Highgate will be set over 1.5 acres, with each apartment touting north-facing panoramic views. The project is set to reach the $70 million mark, with apartments starting from $1.5 million. The Highgate will be the first apartment development in Australia to feature Neil Perry’s new appliance range. Construction is expected to commence in February 2015.
