The Cove co-working space to launch in Newstead complete with premium perks
Sure, co-working spaces are nothing new. With an increasing number of small businesses, start-ups and entrepreneurs breaking ground in Brisbane and commercial leases increasing rapidly, the traditional office set-up has been turned on its head. Coming soon to Newstead, however, is The Cove, offering a premium and unique range of services and facilities not usually available in a co-working environment.
The Cove is the brainchild of local Courtney Norris, who was eager to foster Brisbane’s ever growing collection of entrepreneurial talent. Set to open in September in the heart of Newstead, The Cove will offer many of the traditional facilities associated with co-working spaces, such as office suites and collaborative and dedicated desks, alongside a range of premium offerings that will set it apart from many other options in the market.
The workspace will be inclusive of a business concierge, the use of hybrid electric BMW i3 vehicles, underground parking, a business address service, and onsite IT consultants and accountants. Courtney and her team have also developed a mentorship program, which will see a curated group of leaders from a diverse selection of industries join The Cove’s community at monthly events to share their knowledge and industry tips, and engage in one-on-one sessions with members. In addition, The Cove will double as a communal event space, with capacity for small conferences, breakfast/lunch seminars and more.
