The Banyan Tree group set to build luxury residences in Kangaroo Point
76 high-end private residences will be constructed with prime city views and top-tier amenities – not to mention an unbeatable location.
Renowned globally for its range of resorts, hotels, spas and remarkable residences, The Banyan Tree Group recently announced its plans for the first branded residences in Australia. Brisbane has been tapped as the first location in the country to boast Banyan residences, with a $150-million development coming to Kangaroo Point, with construction slated to begin in the latter half of 2016. The 2200-sqm location boasts views of Brisbane’s skyline, river and botanic gardens, with a range of tenancies featuring Banyan Tree Group’s signature flair.
Of the 76 residences available, four penthouses with infinity pools and private garden terraces have been constructed, with 27 three-bedroom and 45 two-bedroom apartments also on offer. Residents will also be able to take advantage of an on-site spa and retail gallery, rooftop gardens with function spaces, barbecue facilities, gymnasium and an infinity pool. Premium dining venues will also be constructed, adding to the developments proximity to local eateries and nightlife hotspots.
