Brookwater’s Street of Dreams pairs desire and design as the perfect housemates

Say what you will about the fastidious, but there’s no denying that planning really pays off. There’s a sense of calm when you enter a space that is not only functional but beautiful, especially because these two ideals seem to often be at odds with each other. The acclaimed Brookwater community proves that pairing these elements is not only possible but also highly encouraged, and its latest display village takes the concept to a new level. The Street of Dreams provides a taste of the future for those keen to build at or move to the exclusive master-planned community, bringing together some of the country’s most creative minds to make it happen.

Street of Dreams is pretty much like the snapshot of the possibilities for Brookwater’s four land releases on the market – The Point, The Fairways, The Crest, and The Address – which all surround the award-winning Brookwater Golf Course. Taking up residence on Turnberry Way, the street acts as a living mood board for the community. Some of the most coveted and innovative home builders in Australia have come on board to create the houses on the street, placing specific emphasis on beautiful design that looks toward the future.

Brookwater’s own in-house architect Marco Calvino has been collaborating with a team of designers, artisans and builders to create Street of Dreams, with the creations standing side-by-side to offer potential homeowners some options and inspiration for building. The first two houses to be built were created by Metricon and Steve Parcell, with Stylemaster and PS Designer Homes both secured to create the next two in the display. The coming months will see the Street of Dreams becoming more fleshed out with new homes being built as a projection of Brookwater’s design and aesthetic.

The Street of Dreams is still in production at the moment. Presently you can take a look at the Metricon and Steve Parcel display homes – they are open Saturday through to Wednesday from 10:00 am. For more information and lifestyle inspo, head to the Street of Dreams website.
