Brookfield unveils riverfront Hamilton development Rivello
Since the pandemic was declared, people have been flocking to Brisbane in droves. This may be due to the slightly more affordable price tag, our city’s burgeoning cultural scene or maybe people are just finally waking up and realising Brisbane is the best city to live in (we are not bias, at all). To meet the huge demand for homes, Brookfield Residential Properties is fast-tracking the release of its newest 144-million riverfront apartment development in Hamilton – Rivello. Here’s the lowdown on the huge project …
Developer Brookfield Residential Properties has revealed plans for its 21-storey Rivello building, which will feature breathtaking views of the Brisbane River and The City. The luxe development will stand on a site boasting 50 metres of river frontage within the $1.3 billion Portside residential and lifestyle precinct in Hamilton. Inside, Rivello will boast 150 spacious and quality-finished one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments as well as sub-penthouses and two ultra-opulent penthouses.
The ninth apartment building by Brookfield Residential Properties at Portside, Rivello will join the developer’s other additions to the Portside precinct – Gallery House One and Two – and will feature an urban sub-tropical look to complement its waterfront address. Rivello will also feature a range of lavish amenities for residents to take advantage of including exclusive resort-style sanctuaries, an infinity-edge pool that looks across to The City, a private function room with a kitchen and bar, a residents’ lounge, a wine cellar (how good?!), boardroom, lush outdoor gardens and barbecue areas.
