Polished concrete floors feature underfoot, while high ceilings and steel-framed windows allow for plenty of natural light to flood the interior – an essential element in boosting happiness and productivity, we find. Groupings of vintage furniture form cosy nooks to work in or take five with a favourite tome, while a designer kitchen ensures you can keep well fed working late and aids events at night.
