Considering the amount of time we spend out on our balconies, Mirvac has unveiled its new balcony designs for its Unison at Waterfront apartments. Now on display at the sales centre, the balcony has been designed by renowned Selling Houses Australia landscape designer Charlie Albone and his stylist wife Juliet Love.

Saturday February 28 saw Charlie join Mirvac at its outdoor living showcase within the Unison at Waterfront sales suite, where he unveiled the pair’s innovative balcony design and met with guests to offer his top landscaping and home-styling tips. Forming the third stage of the Waterfront, Newstead precinct, Unison boasts expansive balconies larger than most new apartment developments – ideal for creating your own secluded riverside retreat and embrace indoor/outdoor living. Making the most of the space, Charlie and Juliet activated multiple areas of the balcony to accommodate both lounging and dining,  with the design featuring sleek modern furniture contrasted by floral vertical gardens and planter boxes.
