Brisbane-based developer DevCorp has recently unveiled its latest residential development, Lume. Positioned on Shafston Avenue in Kangaroo Point, the 13-level boutique tower will offer residents sweeping views of the Brisbane River, city skyline, City Botanic Gardens and South Bank. Lume has been designed by Cox Rayner Architects, and is inspired by the iconic Kangaroo Point Cliffs with sculpted vertical walls and stone-coloured facades.

Lume will house 119 apartments and penthouses over its 13 levels, featuring high ceilings, built-in joinery and glass walls, allowing the living areas to seamlessly flow to each apartment’s outdoor terrace. The tower will be topped with an expansive sky lounge for resident use, comprised of a gymnasium, function space, open-air entertainment area, infinity pool and lush rooftop gardens.
