Featuring two apartment towers, La Vida is positioned on the corner of Commercial Road and Leopold Street. The first tower will stretch across 15 levels and the second across 13, comprising of 74 one-bedroom, 98 two-bedroom and 14 three-bedroom apartments. Designed with the combined forces of Ellivo Architects and interiors by Marion Lam, La Vida has been conceived with acute attention to detail. Each dwelling will be kitted out with luxury finishes and fixtures, including European appliances, quartzite bench tops, Italian floor tiles, ducted air-conditioning and a choice of two colour options.

Natural light will filter into each La Vida apartment, thanks to glass feature panels, high ceilings and breezy balcony-to-living-area open-plan designs. Atop each tower will sit twin rooftop resort-style facilities, complete with a pool and private entertainment and barbecue areas offering sweeping views of the city. Construction has now commenced on the development, with completion scheduled for mid 2016.
