Kangaroo Point set to be home of new luxury living destination K.
The Zenonos Group of Companies recently secured development approval for its latest mixed-use project. K. at Kangaroo Point will feature a multi-national hotel and Brisbane’s largest and highest rooftop skygarden.
Just a hop, skip and a jump from the Kangaroo Point cliffs and the Gabba cricket is the site of a new development known as K. for K Point. The development helmed by The Zenonos Group of Companies is a new project that is set to ignite a buying frenzy in Brisbane’s inner south. Situated at 352 Vulture Street, the three-tower development will boast mixed-use facilities and 325 new apartments within walking distance to the proposed Cross River Rail and Brisbane Metro Subway System.
K at Kangaroo Point will also feature a 290-room hotel in one tower, with a convention centre floor plate on the roof for functions, which will be able to take in 360-degree views of the surrounding landscape. A vast majority of the apartments will be treated to city views and luxury amenities, while a retail portion at the building’s base will also feature a craft brewery and restaurant offering. Most impressive of all is the apartment tower’s rooftop bar and skygarden, which will offer the best vantage point for Riverfire and New Year celebrations thanks to its uninterrupted river views.
