JamFactory unveils its first collection of modern and lust-worthy furniture

The South Australian-based not-for-profit organisation has trained and exhibited works by some of Australia’s best emerging designers. JamFactory has broken new ground with its first furniture collection which showcases the work of some celebrated veterans and talented newcomers.

For 40 years, JamFactory has supported and promoted the work of craftspeople and designers by offering experience in its ceramics, glass, furniture and metal design studios, while also showcasing the best pieces in its exhibition and retail spaces. Now the renowned organisation is debuting its own furniture collection, enlisting the talents of some of JamFactory’s patrons for its first range. The collection features a host of furniture and lighting pieces, developed under the creative direction of JamFactory’s furniture head Jon Goulder.

The collection features work from the likes of Adam Goodrum, Daniel To, Emma Aiston, Henry Wilson, Karen Cunningham, Rhys Cooper, Daniel Tucker and Jon Goulder himself. From shelving units to fruit bowls to pendant lights – each component of the collection is crafted by local manufacturers and skilled artisans. Head to the JamFactory website to browse the range and consider supporting cutting edge pieces from those on the frontier of Australian design.
