Brisbane’s inner-south has experienced high levels of growth amongst young professionals and buyers. The two buildings, Ivy Terrace and Eden Lane are a part of a four-stage development across Gibbon and Hubert Streets, located across Stanley Street from the Woolloongabba bus station.

The development will boast a cross block link, with a public thoroughfare including retail stores and a small-scale urban design space, improving the area with urban regeneration. Eden Lane will feature 56 apartments, while Ivy Terrace with house 50 units over six storeys. The development will also add a large communal recreation space between both buildings including a large lawn area, pool, barbeque and gym facilities.
