Set to officially launch on March 28, the eight-storey building will feature 107 apartments, including one-, two- and three-bedroom dwellings, courtyard apartments and decadent skyhomes. Continuing to add to its West End and South Brisbane portfolio, national architects Rothelowman has been placed in charge of design, also responsible for Turrisi’s The Glass Factory, as well as Art House, Light + Co. and the Austin apartments.

INK has been inspired by the splendour of 19th century West End, featuring intricate metalwork through palisades, sliding screens and shutters, allowing dappled light to filter in to each apartment. Residents will also have exclusive access to a roof-level recreation space with a pool and barbecue area. Sitting at 215 Montague Road, the INK Apartments will be positioned on the edge of the new Kurilpa Riverfront Renewal site, which on completion will be home to a collection of apartments, offices, cultural venues, retail and dining venues.
