The luxury apartment tower has a planned completion value of $175 million, and will feature 251 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and skyhomes across its two 20-storey towers. Positioned at 20 Walsh Street in Milton, many of the residences will boast panoramic city and river views.

The towers will be linked by landscaped sky bridges, and the development will feature a rooftop garden and resort-style pool, as well as a 25-m lap pool and gym within a landscaped tropical setting. Designed by architecture firm Jackson Teece, responsible for the 1 Scott Street apartments in Kangaroo Point, the apartments will offer open-plan living, luxury fittings, large windows and expansive balconies. Icon Milton is set to commence construction in mid 2015.
