A new mixed-use development is being welcomed to Brisbane’s inner-north, boasting luxurious living spaces and a modern architectural design. Fabric is being launched to the public on Saturday July 30.

Situated on Florence Street a mere stone’s throw from Commercial Road is the site of the suburb’s newest and most anticipated residential developments. Fabric from Pointcorp is set to be a modern addition to Teneriffe’s landscape of wool sheds, heritage buildings, eateries and nightlife destinations. The development will boast seven levels and 73 apartments, encased in a slick and sophisticated Cottee Parker-designed façade with a curved apex – adding an edge to the areas architectural aesthetic.

Residents of Fabric can choose between a light and dark colour palette for their abodes, boasting raw and polished materials. The apartments are fleshed out with black tap ware, reconstituted stone counters, integrated Miele appliances, down lighting and plenty of storage. Fabric boasts an exclusive rooftop terrace offering jaw-dropping views of the city skyline and riverfront, with a pool, sundeck, designer furnishings, barbecue facilities and private dining areas. A podium level will house new retail and dining options, and helps elevate residents above the bustle of the increasingly popular suburb. Head to the Fabric website to register your interest.
