Crown Vase redefines home floral arrangements
Humble French-Canadian industrial designer Lambert Rainville is redefining the art of flower arranging with his Crown Vase. While normally a vase conceals the mess of stems sitting below the perky petals, the Crown Vase treats the flowers themselves as part of the vase design, not merely as replaceable content. The design holds rigid-stem flowers in a free-standing and decorative structure, making it perfect for Australian natives like proteas and banksias – just make sure the weight is evenly distributed. Each stem sits on a diagonal, balancing out those slanting in the other direction on the other side. Find the vase here.
