A new residential development captures West End’s spirit of bohemia

Turrisi Properties recently unveiled plans for a new apartment complex – designed by ROTHELOWMAN architects – that blends elements from West End’s past and present.

Bohemia is the newest residential complex set to appear in West End’s thriving landscape. Located on Jane Street, the $51m, ROTHELOWMAN-designed development boasts 94 apartments in a singular tower with a dual façade that draws inspiration from the suburb’s diverse nature. One side of the façade is reminiscent of West End’s industrial history – depicting warehouses and factories with a jagged roofing pattern. The alternate side boasts timber panels that harken back to the old workers’ cottages of Brisbane’s interwar period.

The eight level structure marks a new stage in West End’s development into one of Brisbane’s cutting edge hubs of culture and living. Interiors feature luxurious bathrooms and kitchens plus bespoke cabinetry. Spacious balconies provide plenty of room for entertaining, with a rooftop terrace offering scenic views of the surrounding area and a pool for tenants. Head to the Bohemia West End website for a closer look and to register your interest.
