A new mixed-use development is gearing up to begin construction, which will be the suburb’s highest buildings to date. Avion Residences will feature residential apartment living and commercial and retail opportunities.

Brisbane’s south side will soon have a new landmark rising on the horizon as Avion Residences launches to the market this month. The development, which is a joint venture by Raykong Property and Savills Residential Projects, will take shape in the form of twin 15-level towers offering 174 apartments positioned atop a two-level commercial podium. The development is set to be located on Cremin Street in Upper Mount Gravatt, 200 metres from Westfield Garden City and close to Griffith University’s Mount Gravatt campus.

Avion Residences will offer two and three-bedroom apartments and two sub penthouses, employing a modern aesthetic of minimalist interiors. Kitchens will be fitted out with Bosch appliances and reconstituted stone benches. The building will also boast a rooftop deck complete with lap pool, residents lounge and an outdoor cinema. Head to the Avion Residences website to have a closer look at the building’s details and to register your interest.
