Mirvac lodges a development application for latest stage of Ascot Green

Following a huge (and loud) demand for residences in Ascot Green and across South East Queensland, Australian property group Mirvac has lodged a development application for a new 14-level subtropical-inspired apartment building at its Ascot Green community on Eagle Farm Racecourse. Topped with a private rooftop sanctuary that boasts panoramic city and track views, this is one luxe apartment block worth racing to have a look at.

Mirvac’s development application for the latest stage of Ascot Green follows the successful launch of two previous stages, Ascot House and Tulloch House, the latter recently selling out its second stage of off-the-plan apartments. Crafted by Mirvac Design, the planned third Ascot Green building takes inspiration from the classic Queenslander-style house and features 111 light-filled apartments. The new development will also boast the community’s first four-bedroom apartments, along with four integrated premium terraces that have direct access to green open space fronting the racecourse.

Perhaps the most exciting element of Ascot Green’s newest tower is the rooftop enclave, which features a private dining room with expansive city views, along with plush lounge areas and lots of greenery. Residents will also have access to a gym and resort-style pool on the ground floor overlooking the racecourse, so you can catch all of the action poolside. Mirvac is already taking registrations of interest for Ascot Green 3.0, which is set to go to market in late 2021 or early 2022, pending approval from Brisbane City Council.
