The elevated Sky Deck on level 27 includes a large shared dining space, open-air cinema projector, outdoor kitchen with barbecue and pizza oven, and a special turfed area for yoga and pilates.

The first tower, housing 189 apartments, will be released to the market later this year, with a second tower to follow. Art House will form part of South Brisbane’s regeneration and offers visionary investors the opportunity to help shape the suburb’s exciting urban renewal.
