If I’m working, with a good long black from Reverends Fine Coffee or The Moray Cafe. If I’m not working, with a good long black from Reverends, The Moray Cafe or my local near home, The Little Prince Espresso.
What’s your favourite thing to do on a Saturday morning?
Watch my two eldest kids do little nippers training for the South Bank Surf Life Saving Club.
How do you like to unwind?
Playing UNO my with kids. For the first time ever, I am the current champion.
What are your essentials for a well-spent weekend?
Family, food, coffee, no plans.

Drive down to the Gold Coast to check out Blackboard Specialty Coffee.
What’s your favourite thing to do on a Sunday evening?
Go for a walk through South Bank and have a light dinner on the new grassy green.

Getting to know some new regulars and locals at Reverends.

I’m in the middle of a few books: The E-Myth, The 5 Levels of Leadership, Hebrews and Revolutionary Parenting.
What inspires you?
Generosity.

To be an artist.

Four healthy kids and one happy wife.

Get advice from people who have been there and done it, then go with your gut.
Only a local would know … on November 11, The Moray Cafe is putting together a fundraising dinner for the Queensland Cancer Council inspired by a few regular customers who have recently been impacted by cancer.
