How do you like to start your weekend?
I like to pick up my daughters after school on a Friday and head to James Street for a smoothie or, alternatively, start the 3.5-hour drive to our farm near Goondiwindi. My shoulders start to unwind as our car climbs over the Dividing Range.

Going for a bike ride around the Kangaroo Point Cliffs, over the Goodwill Bridge and through the Botanic Gardens. It is sheer bliss.

It would have to be spending time with family and friends who make you laugh like crazy, reading the newspaper, and any form of exercise.

Taking the family on a horse-trail ride.
What’s your favourite thing to do on a Sunday evening?
Relax with my family and have a wholesome meal together.

The Regional Flavours event at South Bank. Last year the weather was heavenly and the crowd was really upbeat.
What are you reading at the moment?
I’m re-discovering Enid Blyton with my seven-year-old daughter, Lilli, and also reading a novel by Brisbane author Simon Cleary – Closer to Stone. It is ridiculously good.
What inspires you?

To be truly happy like my parents and work with my dad.
