Olé

Olé is a charming tapas restaurant tucked in the heart of South Bank’s dining precinct. Vibrant plates of tapas arrive ready to be shared with friends over a jug of sangria, while an extensive wine list offers the chance to sample wines of the different regions of Spain. Traditional Spanish tapas, raciones and Spanish Paella are stars of the Olé menu. The Paella arrives in a beautiful pot brimming with prawns, squid, mussels, clams, chorizo and saffron rice, best shared between two. Try the moorish Chuleta de Cordero – double lamb cutlet with parsley and mint salad – or the Cabra al Vino of slow-braised goat with white wine and almonds. A serve of churros with chocolate dipping sauce is the perfect end to a delicious meal.
