If you haven’t already ducked in to get your fill of delicious gluten-free treats, nodo donuts opened a new location in the middle of Brisbane’s CBD. Since 2016, nodo has been dishing out freshly baked doughnuts to inner-city snack seekers. Every morning a fresh batch of artisan made doughnuts are delivered, made from naturally gluten-free ingredients with no added preservatives, artificial colours or flavours. Doughnut flavours include raspberry white chocolate, strawberry hazelnut, passionfruit, blueberry lemon cheesecake, banana and yoghurt, Valronha chocolate and beetroot and pumpkin maple, as well as a collection of dehydrated raw doughnuts that are sugar, egg, dairy and gluten-free.
