Mucho Mexicano is a fiesta you want to be invited to – brightly coloured papel picado-style banners line the ceiling, hanging pots of greenery swing in the breeze, and local artist Sarah Jane Bradley has hand painted vibrant murals on pillars throughout the space, featuring Frida Kahlo, iguanas and flowering cacti. When it comes to food, modern Mexican communal feasting is what Mucho is all about. Crispy fish tacos, dirty Mexican rice and tear-and-share tacos just some of the eats you can lick your lips over, paired of course with some killer margaritas. All this sound like too much to choose from? ¿Por qué no los dos? The chefs will put together a banquet selection for you to share. Just one warning – make sure you leave room for an ice-cream taco. Mucho Mexicano South Bank will be launching weekend breakfasts soon, and its second location in Milton will be opening in the coming weeks. ¡Ay, caramba!
