Shanon and Claire are two young professionals who decided to run with their food obsession and start their own business with Little Clive in Annerley. Bringing on board chef James Lander – formerly of the Venzin Group – to oversee the creation of Little Clive’s food offering. The all day brunch menu and cabinet offerings tick all the boxes when it comes to look, smell and taste – savoury and sweet options boast colourful presentation and fresh ingredients sourced from the Rocklea Markets. Standout selections include smoked salmon with beetroot crème and pickled onions, grilled haloumi with buttered kale and pistachio crumble, crispy corn and ricotta fritters or a selection of moreish macaroons from the dessert cabinet. The menu also covers many dietary requirements with vegan, paleo, gluten and dairy-free options available. The light and airy space is adorned with handmade wooden furniture and painted murals, creating a hip and inviting venue for Annerley locals.
