Perched on a corner of Gasworks Plaza, Hatch & Co. takes advantage of the adjacent greenery with an alfresco dining area that catches both sunshine and breeze. Embracing the principles of slow cooking with a focus on local, sustainable produce, the menu of belly-warming repasts features standouts like the slow-cooked lamb shoulder, light and tasty wood-fired pizzas and moreish seasonal desserts. Hatch & Co. now also serves breakfast.
