The menu includes a range of meals that are fun twists on usual favourites. Made fresh from locally sourced ingredients are meals such as blueberry hotcakes with pepita maple and marscapone, eggs benedict with braised pork, karrage burger with salad greens on black brioche buns, braised beef short ribs with coleslaw and onion rings and Atlantic salmon tortillas. Before Christmas Fuel & Co will incorporate a nighttime menu of tapas, cut meats, cheese and homemade quince paste as well as a selection of crisp and flavoursome wines and craft beer.
