One of these new spots is Foundry Artisan Coffee, a hub for those seeking tasty brew and a satisfying bite to eat. All food served at Foundry is gluten-free, yet there is no loss of taste in any of their products. Foundry serves four kinds of bagel sandwiches, including New York, pulled pork and vegetarian varieties as well as a large range of regular and cold drip coffee. At any one point three different single origin beans are available via cold drip, with all roasted beans sourced from Dramanti. The Foundry’s hot chocolate also comes highly recommended, with an artisan blend provided by Monsuier Truffle in Melbourne. Foundry Artisan Coffee is a great place to take a load off and relax while you shop or simply a great place to get a good cup of coffee.
