West End’s newest boutique beer locale Bosc – which literally stands for Bar of Social Conscience – is planning to donate 20% of its annual profits to the Misión México orphanage in Tapachula, Mexico, meaning that you’ll be doing good for the world even while chilling at the bar. The fundraising tools are about as tasty as they get – boutique beers from the likes of Stone & Wood, Holgate Brewhouse and Fortitude Brewing Company. A small list of quality wines and an innovative range of gin cocktails also round out the list.
