The menu boasts Nepalese-style steamed chicken dumplings, chicken wrapped in prosciutto, lamb shanks, steak, burgers, sandwiches and cakes and muffins. The drinks offering includes local and imported beers (including one Nepalese beer) wine, spirits (with one Nepalese rum), cocktails and mocktails. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights 88FortyEight is open until 2:00 am, meaning that you no longer have to settle for greasy cheeseburgers and pizza slices after a big one. 88FortyEight donating a percentage of its profits to The Uniting Hands Foundation. Each time you dine you’ll be assisting the charity, which is dedicated to helping at-risk communities in Nepal.
