Mo’s Desert Clubhouse

The worlds of music, art and events collide at Mo’s Desert Clubhouse. The new creative space, which brings everything from live music gigs to art exhibitions and events to the southern end, is the handiwork of one very talented trio – Kim Ferguson, a band manager by trade, plus musician Christian Tryhorn and artist Emilia Ugarte. The eclectic space is set to bring some pretty decent music gigs (well, there is a band manager in the mix), plus a series of events like art exhibitions and yoga classes. There’s also a pretty flash music rehearsal room, which is available to hire for daily jam sessions, as well as co-working spaces, meeting rooms and hot desks that can be hired for a pretty el cheapo rate. Renowned artist Mystic Rufio was given the task of creating a psychedelic art piece on Mo’s 20-metre long warehouse wall – it’s a darn impressive story from the desert, which has created the perfect visual identity for the new music, arts and events hub.
