The chefs work with quality boutique suppliers to deliver menus that celebrate the freshest of seasonal flavours and to also cater for lovers of seafood, poultry, game and of course there are also vegetarian options. The Moobar has become one the Gold Coast’s hot spots serving up amazing cocktails and award winning wine.
