By day, All-Time in Mermaid Beach is known for caffeine, bagels and sweet treats. Bellissimo Coffee flows through the machines, which is best accompanied by one of the venue’s freshly baked bagels that are available with both sweet and savoury toppings. The former will love the PB & Jake (peanut butter, raspberry jam, coconut, chia seeds and flaxseeds), while those who can’t resist a schmear of cream cheese will love the Mr. Popper, which is topped with jalapenos. From Thursday through to Sunday evenings from 5:00 pm, All-Time transforms into a quaint speakeasy with espresso-based cocktails, margaritas and Spanish-inspired tapas plates.
