The much-loved Rooftop Brunch at Aviary Rooftop Bar is back and better than ever, providing the perfect locale for you to sit back and indulge in delicious bites and beverages. Aviary is adding a whole new dimension to the boozy brunch with a high tea twist, perfect for grabbing your gals and having some fun. With high tea towers taking centre stage together with cocktails served from teapots (the star of the show), there’s also authentic Italian pizzas and beer, wine and soft drink on offer. Enjoy a relaxed morning basking in the sunshine while you overlook the Gold Coast skyline and enjoy a delectable feast.

For its April Rooftop Brunch event, Aviary is celebrating all things cheese and serving up truffle-baked brie, fried mozzarella sticks, croissants with swiss cheese, pumpkin and parmesan arancini with Aperol spritz cheesecakes to finish. This is all in addition to fresh fruit, brunch pizzas and sweet treats. Seriously, what a spread! The decadent brunch soiree kicks off at 11:00 am (pre-midday drinks for the win!) and runs until 1:00 pm on March 13 and April 10, with tickets strictly limited – so we recommend getting in fast.
