The Travel Almanac

Escape in your mind with The Travel Almanac

To wander is a marvellous journey. The new sights and smells intrigue and seduce. Something new sits around every corner, waiting to be discovered and imprinted into memories. Sometimes when we travel we get to stay awhile. Other times we pass fleetingly through new lands, grasping at mementos to say we came and saw.

Capturing the idea of travelling and temporary habitation through the eyes of the creative community is The Travel Almanac. A tactile magazine stemming from both Berlin and New York, The Travel Almanac appeals to the wanderlust bone within. Aimed at an audience of sophisticated travellers, each issue contains 122 pages of creative tales that centre around a voyage.

A year since the last release, Issue Four of The Travel Almanac has hit the newsstands with American film director, producer and screenwriter Harmony Korine on the cover. Editors Paul Kominek and John Roberts have selected a robust line-up of talent to feature or contribute to Issue Four, including Heinz Emigholz, Kalup Linzy, Lynn Davis, Rudy Wurlitzer and Walter van Beirendonck.
